The 3S Team HotLine is a coach's dream come true.
Communicate with your team members with one phone call!
- Extremely simple to use.
- Coaches & players call a toll-free number and enter the 4-digit extension for their team.
- Coaches use a special PIN to change their announcement message anytime they wish.
- Coaches can elect to "broadcast" their latest announcement i.e. the HotLine will actively call out to
all team members that have opted-in to allow calls or text message alerts.
- Players listen to the latest announcement from the coach and can change their personal options to be pro-actively
contacted for all future announcement changes.
- All callers can change their personal options to do the following:
- Allow the HotLine to pro-actively call them, i.e. opt-in to being called by the system.
- Specify whether they prefer voice or text messages (TMs for mobile phones only) when they cannot
be reached.
- Indicate whether they would prefer to be automatically connected to their team's extension upon dialing
into the system.
- Coaches can change their own PIN.
- Outbound calls are only made during appropriate calling time windows as determined by
the league.
- Coach can record an extension name label to further personalize the message delivery.
- All messages are time-stamped so players know what time the annoucement was updated.
- Coaches and players can jump to the beginning, jump ahead, speed up or slow down while listening to the
announcment.
- No requirement for entering any telephone numbers - all numbers are gathered via caller-id.
