life easier. A single telephone call using the 3S Team HotLine allows your coaches
to communicate with their entire team, providing the latest information on the next practice or
game. It also allows league administrators such as yourself to communicate with all your coaches with a single
telephone call.
Here's how it works:
- At least once, players call the 3S HotLine toll-free number, enter their team's 4-digit extension
and press * to change their personal options to enable outbound calls to their telephone. It's as simple as answering
a few questions.
- Coach calls the same toll-free number, enter their team's 4-digit extension and coach's
password (PIN) to change the team's current announcement which he or she can optionally elect to "broadcast."
- The system will call or text message the players depending on their personal options choices,
to alert them to the coach's updated announcement.
- Players can also call in anytime to hear the coach's updated announcement if for example, they
haven't set their personal optons to be alerted.
- In the same way that coaches communicate with their players, league administrators can communicate
with their coaches.
It's extremely easy to use for everyone involved. No telephone numbers need
be entered. They are all captured via caller-id.
